Members can add capacity and specialized services to any eligible tier.

24/7 Incident Response Access

$500/month seasonal
$4,000 annually

Seasonal access requires a 3-month consecutive minimum and 45 days' advance notice. Annual access provides 12 continuous months. Both provide direct after-hours access to Cornerstone's integrated medical, mental health, and risk management response system. Access fees cover availability; time spent advising you draws from your existing advisor hours.

Additional Advisor Capacity

$1,825 per 5-hour block

Expanded access to Cornerstone advisors for proactive planning, policy development, training, guidance, and project-based support throughout the year.

Reputation and Crisis Communications

$3,500 annually
(up to 10 hours)

Foundational, Advanced, and Comprehensive members may use up to two hours annually with Cornerstone's crisis communications specialist for focused, as-needed consultation.

The annual add-on provides up to 10 hours of expert communication preparation and guidance to help organizations protect client trust and brand reputation, delivered through crisis communications planning, stakeholder messaging, and reputation management, including an annual communications review and strategic communications consultation. Additional response support is scoped separately at preferred member rates.

  • Advisor hours represent the time our experts spend actively working with your organization. They may be used for planning, training, consultation, policy development, document review, and other project-based support. Members who need additional capacity can purchase 5-hour blocks at $1,825 per block.

  • Advisor hours pay for the time our experts are actively working with your organization. 24/7 Incident Response Access supports Cornerstone's ability to maintain an integrated medical, mental health, and risk management response team outside normal business hours. Access fees do not add advisor hours; time spent actively advising on an incident is applied to your available hours or billed at the applicable overage rate.

    It is included at the Comprehensive and Executive tiers. Foundational and Advanced members may add Seasonal Access at $500 per month (three consecutive month minimum; 45 days' advance notice) or Annual Access at $4,000 for 12 continuous months.

  • Members can choose whether they need year-round after-hours access based on their programming and operational needs, rather than having that cost built into every membership. This gives members greater clarity and choice while protecting reliable access for the organizations that depend on it.

  • Cornerstone will not delay urgent after-hours support because coverage is inactive. If a Foundational or Advanced member without active 24/7 access requires urgent after-hours support, Seasonal Access is activated immediately and the three-month minimum ($1,500) applies. Our on-call Advisor team will focus on the immediate need, and our Director team will follow up separately regarding access, coverage dates, and billing.

  • Memberships are billed yearly or quarterly.

  • The Emerging tier is available to organizations within their first 24 months from business registration or opening. It is a single-year membership; subsequent years move into one of the other tiers.
