Webinar…Understanding Mandatory Reporting in Youth Travel Programs
When working with minors in domestic or international travel settings, staff often encounter uncertainty about their obligations as mandatory reporters. What’s the difference between concerning or “creepy” behavior and situations that require a report of suspected abuse or neglect?
In this one-hour webinar, Cornerstone Safety Group will be joined by attorneys specializing in child protection law to bring clarity to this critical issue. Together, we’ll outline:
Clarify the roles and responsibilities of mandatory reporters
Provide practical examples of when reporting systems must be activated
Share best practices for responding appropriately to concerning behavior
The session will conclude with an open Q&A, giving participants the opportunity to address real-world questions and scenarios with legal and risk management experts.
